BRUNO SLOSSE, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Bruno Slosse brings more than 25 years in technology experience to Vendavo, including a strong track record in growing companies, expanding their global reach and broadening their product offering. Most recently, he served as President of Ascend Learning’s Clinical Health Division, a prominent provider of technology-based content solutions. Prior to Ascend, Slosse served as General Manager of Cerner Europe, a leading information technology firm, where he led the expansion of the European division from a few clients to several hundred across seven countries in over a decade. He is fluent in Dutch, French, German and English. Bruno graduated with Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University Ghent, Belgium.

DAYTON KELLENBERGER, Chief Financial Officer

Dayton Kellenberger brings more than 12 years of SaaS technology experience in a variety of finance and business operations roles. Dayton has a proven track record of leading high performing finance teams, driving business process improvement, financial insight and analysis, and negotiating and integrating M&A transactions. Most recently he served as CFO for Four Winds Interactive. In this role he was responsible for leading all accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax, investor relations, purchasing and audit for this high growth SaaS company. Prior to Four Winds Interactive Dayton held various leadership positions at the Coleman Company, and Agility Solutions. Dayton holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, and is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

MARK HORNER, Chief Operations Officer

Mark Horner is an Enterprise software and services veteran with more than 20 years in transforming operational delivery systems.  Known as a change agent, Mark challenges the status quo and reengineers processes to improve and scale operations for global growth. Mark’s leadership, teams accelerate delivery of high-quality, high-value, and cost-effective solutions.  He most recently was the Executive Vice President & Group General Manager for 5 years at T-System, an Enterprise Software provider in the Healthcare space.  Prior to T-System, Mark held various senior leadership positions at several Enterprise software companies, including ten years at Cerner Corporation.  He received his MBA from the University of Dallas.

DAVID EDWARDS, Chief Technology Officer


David Edwards brings an extensive and distinguished background in software development and engineering leadership to Vendavo, particularly in the areas of application and data architectures, scalable computing and distributed systems. He most recently served as Vice President and Fellow at Cerner, a global healthcare information technology company. Over the past 25 years with Cerner, David was instrumental in leading the company through pivotal shifts in technology and architecture. He was often at the center of strategic technology decisions and previously led a software development organization focused on building scalable and reliable identity and data infrastructure services. In 2008, David was awarded the prestigious Cerner Fellow designation in recognition for his distinguished technical contributions. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University, where he also serves as a member of the Computer Science Professional Advisory Board.

Kristin Thielking, Chief People Officer


Kristin Thielking, Chief People Officer, brings more the 25 years experience in leading strategic Human Resources organizations in both the large and mid-market space. After a lengthy career with Orbitz Worldwide where she lead the HR team for all of Orbitz’ North American and Israeli operations including a large technology group, Kristin was then SVP, Human Resources at SquareTwo Financial. In her tenure with SquareTwo, Kristin was responsible for developing and implementing progressive Employee Experience initiatives leading to an award-winning culture in the organization. Kristin is a University of Wyoming graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. An avid runner and live music enthusiast, Kristin enjoys time with her family and dogs in Colorado’s great outdoors.

Kelli Negro, Chief Marketing Officer


Kelli Negro is a B2B Marketing expert with more than 20 years’ experience leading all aspects of marketing and strategy including demand generation, field marketing, sales enablement, business development, influencer relations, content, product marketing and more. Prior to Vendavo, Kelli held leadership roles at companies including Mitratech Holdings, ThinkSmart, Charles Schwab and Financial Engines in additional to over 10 years working as a strategic marketing consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise includes developing go-to-market strategies, building high performance teams, driving demand generation, defining compelling brand narratives, and implementing comprehensive account-based marketing programs to drive revenue, retention and referral.

Jessica Shor, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer


Jessica Shor has more than 10 years of legal experience as a tenacious business partner. Jessica has a proven track record of thinking outside of the box and balancing the importance of growing the business with protecting the brand. With extensive experience in multiple legal disciplines, including litigation, negotiations of complex commercial transactions, global compliance, privacy initiatives, and implementation of legal strategy, Jessica is a solution-oriented leader. Jessica began her career at a top law firm, Morrison and Foerster. From there, Jessica expanded her practice at two publicly traded companies, Visa and Ruckus. Prior to Vendavo, Jessica was Associate General Counsel at ForgeRock, where she led legal operations across APJ and the Americas. In addition to her leadership in the legal community, Jessica served two terms as President of Leading Women in Technology, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women to advance in their careers. In 2019, Jessica will bring the HiPower program to Denver for the first time

MEGAN MACLEAN, CHIEF SERVICES OFFICER

Megan MacLean has more than 25 years of industry experience delivering global enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Services Officer, Megan brings her passion for value realization and client success to her longstanding partner and customer relationships. Prior to Vendavo, Megan held leadership and consulting roles at Exemplary Software and Arthur Andersen, respectively. Megan holds a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

ALEX HOFF, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Alex Hoff
As a Senior VP of Product Management & Marketing with Vendavo, Alex brings enterprise software solutions to market that enable B2B corporations to operationalize their commercial excellence strategies. Alex has been with Vendavo in various roles for over ten years, working with customers in industrial manufacturing, process industry, consumer product manufacturing and business services. Prior to working for Vendavo, Alex worked in various marketing and pricing roles for Fortune 500 companies in transportation, retail/consumer goods and business services.

Petri-OksanenPetri Oksanen is a Partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on enterprise application software companies. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of business development, program management, and software development roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Petri currently serves on the board of directors of Consignor, EG, Plex Systems, and Vendavo. He formerly served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), ByBox, ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Healthland (acquired by CPSI), Prometheus Group (acquired by a financial sponsor), Source Photonics (acquired by a financial sponsor), and T-System (acquired by Fidelity National). Petri was also previously involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris (acquired by a financial sponsor), LYNX Medical Systems (acquired by Picis), Specific Media (acquired by Time), and Webtrends (acquired by Oracle).

BRUCE GRAINGER, SENIOR OPERATING ADVISOR, FRANCISCO PARTNERS

Bruce Grainger is a proven value creation expert with a track record of building and growing software and technology companies, spanning early stage and privately held businesses to more mature public corporations. In his current role at Francisco Partners (a leading private equity firm focused on technology), he leverages his past go-to-market approaches, best practices, and management experiences to help companies improve. Prior to his advising capacity in private equity he played a significant leadership role in three company exists; a North America startup (Geneva Technologies) through to acquisition by Convergys, a turnaround of a publicly traded software company (Portal Software) and the eventual sale to the largest software company in the world, and the scaling of an emerging Saas (TOA Technologies) company resulting in a record setting acquisition by Oracle Corporation. Prior to his focus on software, Bruce spent ten years in strategic business and IT consulting and outsourcing with Electronic Data Systems (Acquired by HP) and American Management Systems (acquired by CGI).

Sam S. Rhee, Vice President at Francisco Partners

Sam S. Rhee is a Vice President with Francisco Partners. Prior to joining Francisco Partners Sam was an analyst with the Goldman Sachs Private Equity Group. Sam holds an M.B.A from Stanford and a B.A. from Columbia University.

Mike Scarbrough, Chief Executive Officer of Nextech

Mike Scarbrough serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nextech where he is focused on driving innovation and delivering top-ranked solutions to help specialty practices efficiently operate. Leveraging more than 15 years of multi-faceted executive leadership experience, Mike leads Nextech’s strategy and operations as the company further expands its product portfolio and leadership in the specialty physician market. Prior to joining Nextech, Mike has led several other successful technology companies, whose primarily focus was on improving work-flow and optimizing outcomes for customers.
