Petri Oksanen
Partner at Francisco Partners
Petri Oksanen is a Partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on enterprise application software companies.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of business development, program management, and software development roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Petri currently serves on the board of directors of Consignor, EG, Plex Systems, and Vendavo.
He formerly served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), ByBox, ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Healthland (acquired by CPSI), Prometheus Group (acquired by a financial sponsor), Source Photonics (acquired by a financial sponsor), and T-System (acquired by Fidelity National).
Petri was also previously involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris (acquired by a financial sponsor), LYNX Medical Systems (acquired by Picis), Specific Media (acquired by Time), and Webtrends (acquired by Oracle).

Tom Barnds
Co-Managing Partner at Accel-KKR
Tom Barnds is the Co-Managing Partner at Accel-KKR. Since Tom founded the firm in 2000, Accel-KKR has acquired or invested in over 300 software and technology-enabled service companies.
Tom’s current board seats include: FastSpring, Imed, Kerridge Commercial Systems, Lemontech, NAVTOR, Recurly, Siigo, Smart Communications, Springbrook Software, TELCOR, Vendavo and Vitu.
Prior to founding Accel-KKR in 2000, Tom was a Managing Director at Nassau Capital, a private equity firm engaged in investing $2.5 billion of Princeton University’s endowment, where for four years he led growth equity investments and buyouts in technology, energy, media and healthcare. Prior to Nassau Capital, Tom ran Business Development at McGaw, a successful leveraged buyout led by DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and ABS Capital. Tom started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he worked with emerging growth and technology companies. Tom has been a guest lecturer on private equity topics at Stanford University and Princeton University.
Tom received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his A.B. from Princeton University.

Gordon MacNeill
Principal at Accel-KKR
Gordon MacNeill is a Principal at Accel-KKR.
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Gordon was a Vice President with Genstar Capital where he was involved in private equity investments across a variety of industries, including the software, industrial, financial services and healthcare sectors. Previously, Gordon worked with Summit Partners focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing late stage growth equity investments in leading software and technology infrastructure companies. Gordon started his career in the technology investment banking group of Oppenheimer & Co. in New York.
Gordon’s current board seats include Springbrook Software, Surgical Information Systems (SIS), Unimarket and Vendavo. Gordon’s former selected directorships include: TEAM Software (sold to WorkWave).
Gordon received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. with Distinction in Finance and a minor in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Chris DeBiase
Operating Partner at Francisco Partners
Chris DeBiase is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry.
He currently serves as Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Chris held various roles at prominent institutions including Fawn Creek Consulting, Quest Software, Aspect Software, Vertafore, Corel Corporation, Ingres, Citigroup Equity Research, Goldman Sachs, and Prudential Financial.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.

Dean Jacobson
Managing Director at Accel-KKR
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Dean was a Vice President with Summit Partners where he was involved in private equity investments in the technology and financial services sectors. Prior to Summit, Dean worked as a Director of Corporate Development at Vonage, a leading provider of digital phone services.
Before Vonage, Dean was an Associate Director at 3i, a leading global private equity firm where he focused on the firm’s later-stage technology investing practice in the United States. Dean started his career in the technology group at Robertson Stephens where he worked with growing companies in the semiconductor, hardware, storage and digital media sectors.
Dean’s current board seats include: FastSpring, FM:Systems, GPS Insight, iSolved HCM, NAVTOR, Recurly, Springbrook Software, SugarCRM, Surgical Information Systems (SIS) and TELCOR.
Dean’s former selected directorships include: Seequent (sold to Bentley Systems (NASD: BSY) in 2021), JAGGAER (sold to Cinven in 2019), Cielo (sold to the Permira Funds in 2019), Oildex (sold to Drillinginfo in 2018), Episerver (sold to Insight Venture Partners in 2018), Datapipe (acquired by Rackspace in 2017), Abila (sold to Community Brands in 2017), KANA Software (sold to Verint Systems (NASD: VRNT) in 2014) and The Endurance International Group (sold to a private equity consortium in 2011) .
Dean received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller scholar and his A.B. from Harvard University.

Christine Wang
Partner at Francisco Partners
Christine Wang is a Partner with Francisco Partners.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2015, Christine worked at Advent International where she evaluated private equity investments in the business services, financial services, and technology sectors. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan.

Bob Stutz
Member Board of Directors
Bob Stutz is recognized globally as one of the foremost leading experts on CRM and CX. Stutz brings more than 25 years of product and business applications development experience.
He’s held executive positions at SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HP, and Siebel Systems Inc.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in government Eastern European studies from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in human resources, organization development, from Chapman University

Rachel Spasser
Managing Director at Accel-KKR
Rachel Spasser is a SaaS and private equity executive with a focus on growing tech businesses.
She currently serves as Managing Director at Accel-KKR, a technology-focused investment firm with $21 billion in capital commitments. Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Rachel held various roles at prominent tech firms and institutions including Ariba (an SAP company), IBBS, Cox Enterprises, KnowledgeStorm Inc (acquired by Tech Target), Figleaves.com, and IBM.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, and her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
