Mindy Spoden didn’t start out in payroll. She was asked to take on the responsibility for processing it in addition to her other duties, but immediately knew she had stumbled into her calling and can’t imagine doing anything else. Mindy is a Senior People Operations Specialist at Vendavo, and finding the ideal solution to fit a customer’s needs gives her a great deal of satisfaction and pride. She’s got experience working with ADP payroll products and serving many industries – including manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting – and loves it when others are happy with the work she provides for them.
