John Trzeciak brings a 25-year career as an executive, advisor, and board member to Vendavo. In addition to his position as Interim CEO, John is an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners, with special emphasis on investments in the healthcare IT sector. He serves on the boards of directors of Healthland, NexTech Systems, Quantros, T-System, and Therapeutic Research. He formerly served on the boards of directors of AdvancedMD, API Healthcare, and Lynx Medical Systems. John has also served as interim CEO for a number of Francisco Partners’ portfolio companies. Mr. Trzeciak holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Iowa State University.

BRIAN AGLE, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Agle brings with him 25 years of experience in finance and operations spanning accounting, legal, tax, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, transition management, financial planning and business model restructuring. Brian concurrently holds an Operating Advisor role at Francisco Partners, where he is responsible for finance and accounting best practices across its portfolio. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2014, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer at Rocket Software, where he directed the successful acquisition and integration of nine companies and asset purchases. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Activant Solutions. Brian also spent 12 years at Novell Inc., where he held several financial leadership roles including Vice President and CFO of Global Field Operations, with financial responsibility for $1 billion in annual revenue. Brian began his career as a tax professional with Ernst & Young and is a licensed CPA in California.
JOE BOISSY, Chief Marketing Officer
Joe Boissy is a veteran marketer with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech public and private companies. Over the course of his career, he has repeatedly built world-class marketing organizations and taken many leading products to market. Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer at 3VR, a video data and analytics company, where he led the company to the forefront of the video intelligence sector as a pioneer of video analytics for Big Data. Prior to 3VR, Joe was Vice President of Marketing for ILOG and took the company to a double-digit growth, which led to its acquisition by IBM, where he then ran the Go-to-Market Strategy for the WebSphere Division. Earlier in his career, he served in various management positions at SunGard Data Systems and Infinity Financial Software in the U.S. and Europe. Joe holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science and Data Analytics from the University of Paris-Orsay.
MIKE HOFFMAN, Chief Commercial Officer
Mike Hoffman joins Vendavo with more than 20 years of experience developing and deploying sales and marketing best practices across a variety of technology companies. Prior to joining Vendavo, Mike was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Mxi Technologies and President and Founder of inSelligent. Previously, Mike was Global Vice President of Sales Field Operations at NICE Systems where he was instrumental in driving run rates from $400 million per year to $800 million per year over a three-year span. Prior to NICE, Mike held global sales management roles at Witness Systems and was Vice President of Europe and Asia Sales & Development at Parametric Technology Corporation, where he spent six years and played a key role in the successful launch of the company’s Windchill solution. Mike is on the board of directors of inSelligent.
MARK ANDERSON, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL SOLUTIONS DELIVERY
Mark Anderson brings more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with consulting practice leadership roles at SAP, Comergent and Sterling Commerce. Over this period, he specialized in B2B CRM solutions and provided program expertise and leadership to medium-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 global enterprises. With management experience at emerging and large software companies, Mark brings a unique blend of leadership expertise to Vendavo. In addition, he worked as an Industrial Engineer at Eastman Kodak. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska and an M.B.A. from the Simon School of Business.
RAVI MIRCHANDANEY, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING
Ravi Mirchandaney brings more than 20 years of experience in the software business to Vendavo. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering at C3 Energy, a SaaS Grid Analytics software provider. Prior to C3, he held the position of Group Vice President of Engineering at Oracle, focused on CRM, and before that, Ravi was Vice President of Engineering at Siebel Systems. He has held research positions at Yale University and Shell Oil Research Labs in addition to being the author of more than 25 technical papers and patents in fields of parallel, distributed systems and databases. Ravi holds a Ph.D in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, with a focus on distributed systems.
DANI CHEHAK, VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES
Dani Chehak serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Vendavo. In this role she is responsible for global human resources operations, including talent acquisition and management, compensation and equity, workforce planning and organizational development. Dani has 20 years of experience leading human resources in high-growth global organizations such as PGP Corporation (acquired by Symantec), Apple Computers and Pets.com. Dani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Linfield College.
BALA TIRU, VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Bala Tiru is a veteran leader in enterprise software development, product management and IT management spanning Internet, banking, telecom and service industries. Bala has been with Vendavo since 2010, initially with Global Services Delivery and then with enterprise product management. Prior to his current position, Bala led the Enterprise Product Management team and delivered successful product releases and new product launches. He brings vast technology, product expertise and services learnings to enhance and expand Vendavo enterprise and hybrid product offerings that increase market adoption. Previously, Bala led product management at 2Wire and delivered industry-leading solutions that catapulted 2Wire from a startup to a large corporation eventually acquired by Pace, Inc. Bala holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Virginia, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Petri Oksanen is a Partner with Francisco Partners and focuses on investments in the software industry, with a specific emphasis on enterprise application software. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of business development, program management, and software development roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Petri serves on the board of directors of Plex Systems and Vendavo. He formerly served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), Healthland, Source Photonics, and T-System, and was also previously involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris (acquired by a financial sponsor), LYNX Medical Systems (acquired by Picis), Specific Media, and Webtrends.
PATRICK D. QUIRK, PRESIDENT & CEO
Patrick D. Quirk is a visionary business leader who has brought phenomenal success to multiple top technology companies. He brings more than 25 years in enterprise software experience to Vendavo, including extensive experience in yield management and profit optimization. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Achievers, leading the company to double-digit growth and global expansion. The Wisconsin native, now a Bay Area resident of 30 years, has a track record of repeatedly building and expanding companies through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions to deliver the best value for customers. Before Achievers, Quirk served as CEO of Emptoris, where he strengthened the company’s foothold in strategic supply management and enterprise contract management solutions with successful acquisitions of Rivermine and Xcitec, and more than doubled revenue in the process. At PeopleSoft, Patrick helmed the $1.7-billion acquisition of JD Edwards—the largest software acquisition in ERP history at the time. He also served on the board of Plex Systems for five years and helped negotiate its sale to Francisco Partners. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mike Mayoras is a proven value generator with experience leading growth companies. He brings agile and modern leadership to firms, today as a business advisor and independent board director. Mike currently serves on four company boards: EPAM Systems (compensation and audit committees), JDA Software (audit committee), BuildDirect, and Avangate Software. Previously, Mike was CEO of RedPrairie, a supply chain software company, from 2007-2013. During his tenure, Red Prairie grew in revenue from $70 million to $400 million and acquired JDA Software to create a $1 billion category leader. Mike started his career in 1982 as a developer with Illinois-based Mayoras and Hittle, an enterprise software developer. He moved quickly into sales leadership, running sales operations as General Manager at The Summit Group, an ERP and supply-chain implementation firm. From there, Mike joined Ciber, an IT consultancy, via acquisition and served as EVP and corporate officer. He is an advisor to both the board and the MBA degree program at Carroll University in Wisconsin and serves on the board of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Jay Schneider is a Vice President with Francisco Partners. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2012, Jay was an Associate with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, where he focused on investments in the technology and energy sectors. Prior to KKR, Jay was an Investment Banker with UBS in the Los Angeles office. Jay serves on the board of directors of Aesynt, PayLease, and Vendavo.
