Vendavo leverages SAP HANA to bring game-changing, real-time analytics to its profitable selling solution
Vendavo, whose enterprise solutions are used by over 300 company divisions worldwide to analyze, negotiate and close profitable deals, has announced that it will launch a new release of its Vendavo Profit Finder solution running on the SAP HANA® platform.
Vendavo Profit Finder helps companies find their most promising profit improvement opportunities in just 30 days. It delivers deep insight into customer history through industry-leading analytics and visualizations to pinpoint sources of margin leakage. Companies leveraging Vendavo Profit Finder can quickly uncover opportunities to improve their bottom line by at least 0.5 percent of revenues. It is anticipated that running Vendavo Profit Finder on SAP HANA can help open new opportunities for customers, allowing them to analyze big data more quickly and in many different ways. This is expected to lead to even greater business insights and results for customers.
“Customers throughout the world depend on the continued innovation of Vendavo solutions to help drive business profitability and success,” said Neil Lustig, Vendavo’s CEO. “By running Vendavo solutions on SAP HANA, we are helping deliver the next-generation analytics breakthroughs that we believe not only speed through the vast amount of big-data stored within organizations but also help present this information in clear, actionable formats that can quickly point to profitable opportunities.”
SAP HANA can help customers dramatically accelerate analytics, business processes, predictive analysis, and sentiment data processing – all on a single, in-memory computing platform. By running on SAP HANA, Vendavo solutions can help deliver vastly improved scalability and performance, a streamlined architecture and simpler ETL process, and enhanced integration with SAP® solution-based landscapes.
“Running Vendavo Profit Finder on SAP HANA represents a new dimension in innovation from our partner Vendavo,” said John Graham, chief operating officer SAP North America. “We are working together with Vendavo to harness the real-time, demand-driven power of SAP HANA to help supercharge a new generation of solutions that we expect will increase sales effectiveness and improve bottom-line profitability.”
Vendavo and SAP have a deep business and technology relationship. SAP resells the Vendavo solution as the SAP Price and Margin Management application by Vendavo. Vendavo is a 2013 SAP Pinnacle award finalist in the Solution Extension Partner of the Year category. In March, Vendavo also announced that SAP customers can integrate Vendavo Enterprise Profitability Suite with the SAP Sales OnDemand solution through the recently launched Vendavo Sales Advisor. Vendavo will demonstrate Vendavo Profit Finder for SAP HANA as well as the Vendavo Profit Analyzer enterprise solution running on SAP HANA at the SAPPHIRE® NOW conference. Vendavo Profit Analyzer delivers analytics that help to continually uncover additional profit opportunities.
“We’re proud and honored to share many customers with SAP,” added Jennifer Maul, senior vice president, Global Sales, Vendavo. “We look forward to demonstrating the exponential increase in scalability and performance that we anticipate Vendavo solutions running on SAP HANA can bring to businesses.”
