In his new role, Pascuzzi will provide executive leadership across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to retention, expansion, and renewal, including: Vendavo Professional Services, Customer Success, Value Acceleration, and Customer Operations which includes network operations, customer support and IT.

Pascuzzi has held many leadership roles over his 20+ year career. Prior to joining Vendavo, he spent 4 years as Chief Customer Officer at Plex Systems, Inc. where he led customer success and services. There he played a critical role expanding customer satisfaction and growth as well as the company’s transition from a privately held entity to a fully owned subsidiary of Rockwell Automation.

Pascuzzi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Western Michigan University. He resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.
