The new CPQ Cloud enhancements announced today enable a selling and self-service buying experience that’s enriched with 2D, 3D, and Augmented Reality product visualizations, which are easily incorporated into quote documents and proposals. Other in-app visualization capabilities include a built-in price waterfall so the sales team and quote approvers can easily evaluate the quality of the deal.
Because some enterprise businesses have invested a lot in their SAP ERP system, they want to leverage that investment to the greatest extent possible. To support that need, the new Vendavo CPQ Cloud enhancements also allow seamless integration with SAP Variant Configurator. This means that companies can leverage the complex configuration logic they may have resident in SAP Variant Configurator, while taking advantage of the omnichannel, intelligent, and user-friendly user experience of Vendavo CPQ Cloud.
New price agreements and sales agreements enhancements are also included in the offerings, allowing sales to negotiate, revise, and renew longer-term negotiated sales agreements. Importing data in and out of the system has also been made easier through new import/export enhancements. Lastly, a completely re-designed administrative console makes configuring and administering the application simple and easy, ensuring the sales team gets the most out of the system’s capabilities, while keeping cost of ownership low.
