Vendavo, a leading provider of intelligent profit optimization and sales intelligence solutions, announced today that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Price f(x) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California alleging that Price f(x) infringes on U.S. Patent Nos. 8,396,814; 7,640,198; 7,308,421; 8,412,598; 7,912,792, has misappropriated Vendavo trade secrets, and is unfairly competing with Vendavo in the marketplace.
