EMEA Pricing Manager, Calderys
Josselin Beaulieu is an experienced pricing professional with over 10 years in strategic pricing and commercial performance. He began his career in the building materials industry before moving into hospitality and home automation sectors. At Somfy, he held key roles including GlobalPricing Manager, leading regional pricing strategy. In November 2024, he joined Calderys as EMEA Pricing Manager to support growth and margin optimization across the region. Josselin is known for his data-driven approach and expertise in value-based pricing.

Dr. Marcus Demmelmair serves as Global Head of Pricing and Commercial Excellence at Horváth – the 3rd biggest consultancy with German heritage and active in more than 20 markets across Europe, US and middle East. He is a seasoned expert for pricing & profitable growth with more than 12 years experience. He advises mid-cap, big corporates, and start-ups in shaping topline strategies and delivering end-to-end pricing programs from concept, analytics & technology to hands-on implementation with direct monetary impact. In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the Bavarian Alps.
Tom Chiles
Principal Product Manager, Vendavo
Tom Chiles manages the pricing product line at Vendavo. His past experience in pricing optimization as Lead Product Manager at Peak AI saw him overseeing the pricing portfolio, with successful launches such as List Price Optimizer and Quote Pricing in the B2B space. Tom’s other previous roles include Lead Product Manager and Senior Cloud Architect at Blue Prism, focusing on robotic price automation, process mining, autoML, and platform data architecture. He holds a 1st class degree in Aerospace Engineering, has published research scientist in computational hypersonic aerodynamics, and was named inventor on a computer vision patent.

Zain Master is a seasoned Product Manager with a diverse background spanning engineering and business. He holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University and an MBA in Product Management from the University of Houston. Throughout his career, Zain has successfully launched numerous products across various industries, demonstrating a strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful product strategies. He believes life is a learning game and is continuing his education by pursuing a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Denver.

Koen manages global pricing for Yokogawa. He is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for product sales and optimizations on a global scale. He has over 20 years of expertise in direct sales, product management, and the establishment of strategic sales operations within the context of IA product sales. Working across different industries and products has allowed Diana to do what she is most passionate about – continuous learning. Outside of her professional life, Diana spends most of her time with family and friends, cycling, hiking or traveling.

Yolanda Koutraki is a London-based product expert with a background in AI and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where she developed decision-support tools for cardiovascular surgeons. She has led SaaS, mobile, and web products in HR-tech, Ed-tech, and Med-tech across both B2B and B2C sectors. Passionate about end-to-end user experience, Yolanda prioritizes identifying and solving the problems that matter most to customers.
