Vendavo’s leadership is comprised of respected, experienced professionals that have garnered success at some of the world’s most prominent industrial, software, and consulting companies.

Bruno Slosse
President and CEO

Bruno Slosse has served as the President and CEO for Vendavo since 2015, where he has led a comprehensive transformation of the company from a 1st generation B2B price management solution provider, into the leading SaaS provider of Price Optimization & Management and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.

Bruno came to Vendavo with more than 20 years of sales and senior leadership experience in enterprise software at companies like Cerner Corporation and Ascend Learning. Having spent over 10 years as General Manager of Cerner Europe, Bruno has worked with global clients and led organizations in both the US and Europe.

He is fluent in Dutch, French, German and English. Bruno graduated with Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University Ghent, Belgium.

Kristin Thielking
Chief People Officer

Kristin Thielking, Chief People Officer, brings more the 25 years experience in leading strategic Human Resources organizations in both the large and mid-market space.

After a lengthy career with Orbitz Worldwide where she lead the HR team for all of Orbitz’ North American and Israeli operations including a large technology group, Kristin was then SVP, Human Resources at SquareTwo Financial. In her tenure with SquareTwo, Kristin was responsible for developing and implementing progressive Employee Experience initiatives leading to an award-winning culture in the organization.

Kristin is a University of Wyoming graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. An avid runner and live music enthusiast, Kristin enjoys time with her family and dogs in Colorado’s great outdoors.

David Edwards
Chief Technology Officer

David Edwards brings an extensive and distinguished background in software development and engineering leadership to Vendavo, particularly in the areas of application and data architectures, scalable computing and distributed systems.

He most recently served as Vice President and Fellow at Cerner, a global healthcare information technology company. Over the past 25 years with Cerner, David was instrumental in leading the company through pivotal shifts in technology and architecture. He was often at the center of strategic technology decisions and previously led a software development organization focused on building scalable and reliable identity and data infrastructure services.

In 2008, David was awarded the prestigious Cerner Fellow designation in recognition for his distinguished technical contributions. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University, where he also serves as a member of the Computer Science Professional Advisory Board.

Jack Tirella
SVP Global Sales

Jack Tirella brings more than 20 years of successful sales leadership experience to the Vendavo senior leadership team.

In his current role he leads the global go-to-market team, including sales, solution consulting, business development, and sales operations. Prior to Vendavo, Jack was an Area Vice President of Sales at Salesforce.

Jack is an innovative sales executive with proven success in managing complex, enterprise sales and diverse business segments within sales organizations. Jack earned a BA from the University of Mary Washington.

Tiffany Boyd
Chief of Staff

Tiffany Boyd brings more than 15 years of project management and initiative leadership experience to the Vendavo management team.

In her role as Chief of Staff, she serves as an honest broker and fact teller when the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) needs a wide-ranging view without departmental considerations, and as a confidant without an organizational pre-determined agenda.  She acts as a delegate attendee for the CFO and SLT, providing communications on behalf of CFO and the SLT including emails, proposal, status,  and plans for major initiatives from SLT Sponsors. She is a sounding board to SLT for new ideas and initiatives as well as facilitator for CFO, SLT, or team members.

Tiffany has a strong track record of success in program and project leadership before Vendavo at Ascend Learning, eCollege, eTrade, and the Mercury Companies.  Tiffany earned a a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Winston-Salem State University, and holds a Project Management certification from Colorado State University.

Dayton Kellenberger
Dayton Kellenberger
Chief Financial Officer

Dayton Kellenberger brings more than 12 years of SaaS technology experience in a variety of finance and business operations roles.

Dayton has a proven track record of leading high performing finance teams, driving business process improvement, financial insight and analysis, and negotiating and integrating M&A transactions. Most recently he served as CFO for Four Winds Interactive. In this role he was responsible for leading all accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax, investor relations, purchasing and audit for this high growth SaaS company.

Prior to Four Winds Interactive Dayton held various leadership positions at the Coleman Company, and Agility Solutions. Dayton holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, and is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Megan MacLean
Chief Services Officer

Megan MacLean has more than 25 years of industry experience delivering global enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

As Chief Services Officer, Megan brings her passion for value realization and client success to her longstanding partner and customer relationships. Prior to Vendavo, Megan held leadership and consulting roles at Exemplary Software and Arthur Andersen, respectively.

Megan holds a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Alex Hoff
Chief Product Officer

Alex has been with Vendavo since 2008 and has served in roles across pre-sales, professional services, marketing, and product management. In his current role as head of product management, Alex manages a talented team that brings innovative software solutions to market that enable B2B corporations to operationalize their commercial excellence strategies. Since 2018, Alex has led the transformation of Vendavo’s product portfolio from a first-generation on-premises software platform, to a portfolio of integrated cloud-native SaaS products.

Prior to working for Vendavo, Alex worked in various marketing and pricing roles for Fortune 500 companies in business services, retail/consumer goods, and freight transportation.

Alex earned his MBA with a Concentration in Marketing from the MJ Neeley School of Business at TCU where he also holds a B.S. in Psychology.  Alex was also among the early participants in the Certified Pricing Professional program from the Professional Pricing Society in 2008.

Sian Story
General Counsel

As General Counsel of Vendavo, Sian Story brings more than 15 years’ experience advising international technology companies on the legal aspects of growth and development.

Prior to Vendavo, Sian worked as a senior in house counsel for a public company in the cyber security industry and spent ten years within an international law firm; in part located in the San Francisco Bay Area acting as a trusted business partner advising numerous household name tech businesses on their overseas expansion.  Sian has a passion for distilling complex legal issues into simple and efficient actions, building sustainable processes, and facilitating scaling and growth.

Petri Oksanen
Partner at Francisco Partners

Petri Oksanen is a Partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on enterprise application software companies.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2005, Petri worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking group in Menlo Park, California. Earlier in his career, Petri held a variety of business development, program management, and software development roles at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Petri currently serves on the board of directors of Consignor, EG, Plex Systems, and Vendavo.

He formerly served on the board of directors of Aconex (IPO), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), API Healthcare (acquired by GE Healthcare), ByBox, ClickSoftware (acquired by Salesforce), Healthland (acquired by CPSI), Prometheus Group (acquired by a financial sponsor), Source Photonics (acquired by a financial sponsor), and T-System (acquired by Fidelity National).

Petri was also previously involved with FP’s investments in Ex Libris (acquired by a financial sponsor), LYNX Medical Systems (acquired by Picis), Specific Media (acquired by Time), and Webtrends (acquired by Oracle).

Tom Barnds
Co-Managing Partner at Accel-KKR

Tom Barnds is the Co-Managing Partner at Accel-KKR.  Since Tom founded the firm in 2000, Accel-KKR has acquired or invested in over 300 software and technology-enabled service companies.

Tom’s current board seats include: FastSpring, Imed, Kerridge Commercial Systems, Lemontech, NAVTOR, Recurly, Siigo, Smart Communications, Springbrook Software, TELCOR, Vendavo and Vitu.

Prior to founding Accel-KKR in 2000, Tom was a Managing Director at Nassau Capital, a private equity firm engaged in investing $2.5 billion of Princeton University’s endowment, where for four years he led growth equity investments and buyouts in technology, energy, media and healthcare. Prior to Nassau Capital, Tom ran Business Development at McGaw, a successful leveraged buyout led by DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and ABS Capital. Tom started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he worked with emerging growth and technology companies. Tom has been a guest lecturer on private equity topics at Stanford University and Princeton University.

Tom received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his A.B. from Princeton University.

Gordon MacNeill
Principal at Accel-KKR

Gordon MacNeill is a Principal at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Gordon was a Vice President with Genstar Capital where he was involved in private equity investments across a variety of industries, including the software, industrial, financial services and healthcare sectors. Previously, Gordon worked with Summit Partners focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing late stage growth equity investments in leading software and technology infrastructure companies.  Gordon started his career in the technology investment banking group of Oppenheimer & Co. in New York.

Gordon’s current board seats include Springbrook Software, Surgical Information Systems (SIS), Unimarket and Vendavo. Gordon’s former selected directorships include: TEAM Software (sold to WorkWave).

Gordon received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. with Distinction in Finance and a minor in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Dean Jacobson
Managing Director at Accel-KKR

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Dean was a Vice President with Summit Partners where he was involved in private equity investments in the technology and financial services sectors. Prior to Summit, Dean worked as a Director of Corporate Development at Vonage, a leading provider of digital phone services.

Before Vonage, Dean was an Associate Director at 3i, a leading global private equity firm where he focused on the firm’s later-stage technology investing practice in the United States. Dean started his career in the technology group at Robertson Stephens where he worked with growing companies in the semiconductor, hardware, storage and digital media sectors.

Dean’s current board seats include: FastSpring, FM:Systems, GPS Insight, iSolved HCM, NAVTOR, Recurly, Springbrook Software, SugarCRM, Surgical Information Systems (SIS) and TELCOR.

Dean’s former selected directorships include: Seequent (sold to Bentley Systems (NASD: BSY) in 2021), JAGGAER (sold to Cinven in 2019), Cielo (sold to the Permira Funds in 2019), Oildex (sold to Drillinginfo in 2018), Episerver (sold to Insight Venture Partners in 2018), Datapipe (acquired by Rackspace in 2017)Abila (sold to Community Brands in 2017), KANA Software (sold to Verint Systems (NASD: VRNT) in 2014) and The Endurance International Group (sold to a private equity consortium in 2011) .

Dean received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller scholar and his A.B. from Harvard University.

Christine Wang
Principal at Francisco Partners

Christine Wang is a Principal with Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2015, Christine worked at Advent International where she evaluated private equity investments in the business services, financial services, and technology sectors. Earlier in her career, she was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan.

Daniel Lynn
Vice President at Francisco Partners

Daniel Lynn is a Vice President with Francisco Partners.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Daniel was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Zuora, a leading financial software company in the subscription billing space. Earlier in his career he was a strategy consultant in the New York office of McKinsey & Company where he evaluated private equity transactions in the technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
