Roy is a finance executive with more than 20 years in enterprise software and deep experience in pricing, GTM finance, and M&A integration. At Vendavo he leads the global finance team. He previously served as CFO and COO of Vindicia, held finance leadership roles at Amdocs including multiple merger integration activities, as well strategy leadership role at By the Bay Health. Roy also serves as Board Treasurer of a senior dog rescue in San Francisco.
