What are the registration fees?
We are offering an early bird fee of $495 which is valid before February 29. After February 29, the conference registration fee will increase to $795.

Will Vendavo close registration before the live event?
We will close registration if maximum capacity is reached for this event. Registration will officially close by 12 PM CT on Monday, April 23. Make sure to register today to secure your spot at the Vendavo Profit Summit.

What is included in my registration fee?
Your registration includes access to the general session, breakout tracks, meals, evening reception and one-on-one meetings with our pricing experts.

Does the registration fee include travel costs to the conference?
No, the registration fee covers admittance into the event. Travel arrangements must be made separately.

How is my registration confirmed?
Following your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which includes all event details.

What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
We accept credit card payments during registration. You can use Visa, American Express or MasterCard through our secure payment processing site.

If I can't attend, can I transfer my registration?
Yes, you can transfer your event registration by emailing marketing@vendavo.com. Please include your contact details along with the individual who will be attending in your place.

What if I have to cancel?
If you have to cancel your registration, we offer a full refund if canceled before March 15. If canceling between March 15 and March 31, we will refund 50% of the amount you paid. After March 31, no refund will be offered. Please contact Edward Gorenshteyn (egorenshteyn@vendavo.com) to cancel your registration.

Travel and Hotel

What is the discounted room rate for the conference?
The Vendavo Profit Summit room block at the Downtown Marriott has expired. However, we have reserved a few additional rooms at our special rate. Please contact Mary Bosworth at Travel All Seasons (800-880-0484) for information.

What airport should I fly into?
You should fly into the Chicago O'hare International Airport. Chicago Midway Airport is an alternative choice in the area.

What are the directions to the hotel?

How do I arrange ground transportation?
The transportation options to the Marriott can be reviewed by clicking here. Please note that no transportation will be provided to the conference.

What kind of weather should I expect?
During the month of April, the average temperature is 59 degrees. It begins to warm up towards the end of April, but we suggest you bring a light raincoat just in case. Also, pack layers as the temperature might vary from day to day.

Is there a dress code?
During the Vendavo Profit Summit, the dress code is business casual.
