Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler, Chief Catalyst and Founder of The Equity Project, LLC
Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler is the Chief Catalyst and Founder of The Equity Project, LLC – _an organization designed to support organizations and communities in building diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and The HR Shop, LLC – a human resources firm designed to support non-profits and small businesses. She is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Inclusion Officer for Children’s Hospital Colorado– _the first African American woman to hold that position in the organizations 100+ year history. She is also the former Executive Director of the Office of Human Resources for the City and County of Denver – _the first African American woman to hold that position in the 63+ year history of the agency. Dr. Mosby Tyler, a consultant accredited by the Georgetown University National Center for Cultural Competence and recipient of the Cornell University Diversity & Inclusion certification, is nationally recognized for her equity work with non-profit, community, government and corporate organizations.
Dr. Mosby Tyler holds a doctorate in the field of Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado, a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Alabama.

Bruno Slosse, President and Chief Executive Officer, Vendavo
Bruno Slosse brings more than 25 years in technology experience to Vendavo, including a strong track record in growing companies, expanding their global reach and broadening their product offering. Most recently, he served as President of Ascend Learning’s Clinical Health Division, a prominent provider of technology-based content solutions. Prior to Ascend, Slosse served as General Manager of Cerner Europe, a leading information technology firm, where he led the expansion of the European division from a few clients to several hundred across seven countries in over a decade. He is fluent in Dutch, French, German and English. Bruno graduated with Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University Ghent, Belgium.

Megan Maclean, Chief Services Officer, Vendavo
Megan MacLean has more than 25 years of industry experience delivering global enterprise solutions to Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Services Officer, Megan brings her passion for value realization and client success to her longstanding partner and customer relationships. Prior to Vendavo, Megan held leadership and consulting roles at Exemplary Software and Arthur Andersen, respectively. Megan holds a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Mark Horner, Chief Operations Officer, Vendavo
Mark Horner is an Enterprise software and services veteran with more than 20 years in transforming operational delivery systems. Known as a change agent, Mark challenges the status quo and reengineers processes to improve and scale operations for global growth. Mark’s leadership, teams accelerate delivery of high-quality, high-value, and cost-effective solutions. He most recently was the Executive Vice President & Group General Manager for 5 years at T-System, an Enterprise Software provider in the Healthcare space. Prior to T-System, Mark held various senior leadership positions at several Enterprise software companies, including ten years at Cerner Corporation. He received his MBA from the University of Dallas.

David Edwards, Chief Technology Officer, Vendavo
David Edwards brings an extensive and distinguished background in software development and engineering leadership to Vendavo, particularly in the areas of application and data architectures, scalable computing and distributed systems. He most recently served as Vice President and Fellow at Cerner, a global healthcare information technology company. Over the past 25 years with Cerner, David was instrumental in leading the company through pivotal shifts in technology and architecture. He was often at the center of strategic technology decisions and previously led a software development organization focused on building scalable and reliable identity and data infrastructure services. In 2008, David was awarded the prestigious Cerner Fellow designation in recognition for his distinguished technical contributions. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from Northwest Missouri State University, where he also serves as a member of the Computer Science Professional Advisory Board.

Kelli Negro, Chief Marketing Officer, Vendavo
Kelli Negro is a B2B Marketing expert with more than 20 years’ experience leading all aspects of marketing and strategy including demand generation, field marketing, sales enablement, business development, influencer relations, content, product marketing and more. Prior to Vendavo, Kelli held leadership roles at companies including Mitratech Holdings, ThinkSmart, Charles Schwab and Financial Engines in additional to over 10 years working as a strategic marketing consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise includes developing go-to-market strategies, building high performance teams, driving demand generation, defining compelling brand narratives, and implementing comprehensive account-based marketing programs to drive revenue, retention and referral.

Kristin Thielking, Chief People Officer, Vendavo
Kristin Thielking, Chief People Officer, brings more the 25 years experience in leading strategic Human Resources organizations in both the large and mid-market space. After a lengthy career with Orbitz Worldwide where she lead the HR team for all of Orbitz’ North American and Israeli operations including a large technology group, Kristin was then SVP, Human Resources at SquareTwo Financial. In her tenure with SquareTwo, Kristin was responsible for developing and implementing progressive Employee Experience initiatives leading to an award-winning culture in the organization. Kristin is a University of Wyoming graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. An avid runner and live music enthusiast, Kristin enjoys time with her family and dogs in Colorado’s great outdoors.

Mitch is the Profit Evangelist at Vendavo, with 25+ years of experience in the technical, operational, marketing, and commercial arenas of the chemical industry. Prior to Vendavo, Mitch was with BASF and Orica in product marketing and business management, driving operational optimization, pricing excellence, and margin improvement, as well as personal engagement in high-value sales negotiations. Mitch also has deep experience with raw materials supplier portfolio management having negotiated large scale and long-term agreements with leading suppliers.
