Mike Thatcher Pricing Transformation Director, EMEA, Dell
Mike started his Pricing career for Dell in 1990 leading the EMEA pricing team, before then moving to lead key Product Marketing functions within the region. He left Dell in 2004, taking his pricing experience to; Motorola mobile phones division; moving then to lead Global Pricing for Regus Inc., and then on to head pricing for Vodafone Enterprise Business in the UK. Returning to Dell in 2013, he now uses his B2B, cross industry pricing experience to drive the Global Pricing Transform programme in EMEA.
Othmar Schwarz is a Partner and shareholder at Simon-Kucher. Based in the Vienna Office, he leads the consultancy’s Technology & Industrials practice for Austria. Othmar has generated strong profit enhancement results throughout his years in consulting. He specializes in Commercial Excellence programs to address strategy, sales & marketing, pricing and product management topics. He has worked for large global corporate clients, private equity-backed companies and Hidden Champions across Europe, Asia, North America and Africa. Othmar is a regular speaker / panelist at conferences and teaches Pricing & Sales at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Othmar studied Management and Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and a CEMS Master’s in International Management.

After several years in senior sales and marketing positions in the steel industry, Phil was invited to lead Tata Steel’s pricing initiative in late 2011. Phil is now responsible for the company’s pricing capability, leading activities that build better skills, training, data, tooling and processes, as well as working with the sales and marketing organisation on day-to-day operational pricing issues.

Andreas spend several years in various telecommunication projects within EMEA and APAC before joining Corning Optical Telecommunication Division in 1999. He held various positions within Marketing and Business Operations in EMEA and got nominated Regional Pricing Office Manager in 2014. He lead a global team of pricing experts, managing price escalation for the division on a global basis on all major opportunities
Jesper Hansson started his career in finance as a financial compliance controller but quickly came in touch with commercial process optimization. Over the past 26 years Jesper has been working across B2B and B2C industries such as industrial manufacturing, medical devices, chemicals, mining services and building materials. Jesper has spent 11 years of his career working in the Asia Pacific region and is Global General Manager of Price Beam Ltd. He is furthermore the founder and owner of Core Pricing Pte. Ltd. – a boutique consultancy firm based in Singapore and a certified Dimensions of Professional Selling coach and is master trainer at Singapore Institute of Management, where he teaches value based strategy and value based selling. For a number of years, Jesper was both a founder and acting President of Asia Pricing Professionals, which is the world’s largest not-for-profit organization for pricing and revenue management professionals globally.
