Michael has over 25 years of experience in pricing, channel strategy, consulting and sales and has 9+ years experience with Vendavo. He has led sales campaigns, pricing strategy efforts and channel management consulting initiatives across multiple industries.
Michael leads and manages our team of Strategic Relationship Directors who support f our top-tier customers through their pricing journey, advising on change management issues and helping them create and execute a pricing roadmap that identifies pricing strategies and processes to improve their efficiency and/or effectiveness. Prior to this Michael has been a Business Consultant and the Director of Value Realization. As a Business Consultant Michael aligned customer pricing processes and issues with Vendavo capabilities, building business cases, and suggesting scope and phasing strategies. He has also lead multiple requirements gathering projects across multiple industries. As the Director of Value Realization, Michael created our Value Realization methodology and lead a team of consultants that assist our customers identify, quantify and capture pricing opportunities.
Michael has a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and a MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern University.
