Account Manager


Vendavo, the leading provider of price management applications, is growing its Account Management function. We're looking for regionally-based account managers to own customers for life. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the health of their regional customer base, guaranteeing referenceability, and selling add-on services. This role reports to the Director of Account Management, Global Solution Delivery.

Qualifications:

  • The right candidate must have at least 5 years of account management experience
  • Proven account management skills (relationship building, selling, negotiating, closing, reference programs, executive sponsorship, customer advocacy, customer road shows and regional user groups, more)
  • Experience working with and selling into large Fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong customer evangelist attitude; Ability to forge strong internal relationships
  • Must be a great team player and a highly motivated self-starter
  • Energentic, dynamic individual with an ability to connect with people and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by phone and with large teams
  • Quota carrying position
  • Extensive travel required
  • East Coast or central based
